I have to second Cindi's recommendation on VistaPrint.com. Really nice cards and quick delivery. They end up costing less than printing them my self just because of the ink costs and will format them just about any way you can think. You can even upload your own pictures and artwork to use. Those cost a bit more, but still very reasonable.

Yes, they are very nice, and the free ones really are free -- you just pay normal postage costs.
