I had a while ago a conversation about past lifes( if you believe in those)
The only thing i could think of was; i must have been a pigfarmer with a lot of sightdogs somewhere in Scotland. ;-)
I would have a large pig if i had a farm and dogs are another passion of me, (besides collecting tartans)but i,ve reached my qoutum having 6 dogs living with us.

I wish i had a photo of that one, but since i,ve decided NOT to look like a tourist Pete took all the pics.
And in just 1 store there was the Peebles kilt in the window, and it was the last day of us in Scotland, we had a beautifull ( and scary)tour thru the hills on the bike( i will never tell anyone to take such a road again).
But my sis and i are going for a weekend again in nov/dec. and mayby we,ll go down to Peebles again for 1 day.
So if you want i,ll take some pictures for you from the Peebles tartan.

Welcome Lily,
There's some sortta Dutch blood in my veins...more likely some English that moved there then clambered aboard an old ship called the Mayflower and invaded the new world.
Thought I saw a few Dutch tartans on the tartans by air site...
