A truely beautiful tartan. I have one on order from Stillwater that I'm expecting tomorrow. I'm of Irish decent too. Middle name is Kennedy, honoring my grandfather, John M. Kennedy - one tough Irishman in his day. Was still flipping bales of hay from the floor to the loft when he was 72. Skin like leather, and bicepts like basketballs. Lived to be 97 by smoking, chewing tobacco, drinking, and sticking to a high cholesterol diet!

Ron... Glad you got the kilt and it fits so well! Kelly made it. I'll let her know she's earned her $6 for the day! HAHAHAHA

Darrell... small clarification. This tartan is totally different from the one SW sells... it's Ireland's National, not Irish National (2 different tartans). This one is Teflon coated PV with a finished bottom. I think SW's in Poly Cotton or another blend (I know it's NOT PV).

I didn't know there were two different tartans by such similar names. Huh....learn something new every day.
