Steve, Welcome to Xmarks! At first I thought that I would not wear a kilt on a regular basis, but that all changed after I acquired my first two kilts. They are quite addictive. You will find a lot of great folks here at Xmarks, and a wealth of knowledge about kilts.

My kin came over to this side of the pond by way of Skye Glen, Nova Scotia and my dad flew for the R.A.F.

Don't think the R.A.F. has a tartan though...

don't believe thats an "official" tartan, although Lossiemouth does have their own.

Two of our more active St. Andrew's society members attended a Burns Supper at an RAF base in Scotland (I can't remember which one now, drat it!) and they said it was one of the BEST ones they have ever been to! :mrgreen:
