    Thanks all

Joel, we went to the Villa Capri. It's always been a favorite. That and Red Lobster, but we went there last time we went out.

A very nice picture. Your lovely bride-to-be reminds me of my mother when she was young - especially that beautiful red hair. Best wishes to you both.

If I had the $$$ I would've gone to the Supper Club, best steak I've ever had. My wife and I really like Upfront and Company or the Brewery in town (name escapes me at the moment).

I only ever ate at Villa Capri once, but it was really nice. I hope you guys enjoyed it.

I've only been to the Villa a couple of times. Same with Upfront.

If we go out for Italian we usually go to Casa Calabria. Either one is good with me, but my wife likes the Casa.

Actually there are two brewpubs in the area. There's Jasper Ridge in Ishpeming and the Vierling in Marquette. I like the Vierling's location, but I like the beer at Jasper Ridge better.

When you say, Supper Club, do you mean the Office Supper Club in downtown Marquette (which closed this past year) or the Northwoods Supper Club on the edge of town?

I meant the Vierling. I agree with your assesment and add that I like the food at the Vierling better.

I meant the Office Supper Club. I am sad to hear it closed. I've never made it to the Northwoods.

    Sorry to highjack the thread.
