In my early 20s I worked weekends as a bouncer ( very succesfully)in several redneck bars.I'm 5'8 and at the time weighed 130. "nuff said.

I just say, "Boys wear pants. Men wear kilts." On occasion I've even said to women who have said it's a skirt, "Yes...and it's prettier than yours."

That tends to get a laugh....usually if they keep insisting it's a skirt it's because they are 1) drunk or 2) think they'll just get under your skin by calling it a skirt all the time. Once you show that you don't care, they tend to stop.

You know, this is a great one. But what is funnier is the reaction AFTER the *** kicking. I would bet any amount of money the conversation would go like this:

Friend 1: Dude, what happened?

Friend 1: You got your *** kicked by a guy in a skirt?!
Idiot: NO! I got my *** kicked by a guy in a kilt! Not a skirt!

my typical response to the skirt comment in a bar is ask them if that is the best comment they can come up with, then I offer to buy them a beer if they can come up with something original that I haven't heard before: so far no-one has even come close to being paid. lol
