I was hoping Bill would be on tonight as He was inspirational yesterday at the local perkins where we went for coffee. Here Bill turns up in a kilt and argyle jacket and people hardly gave him a second glance. I was so impressed I had to buy the guy lunch.

And twas a good lunch too! I had just come from Sunday School (where I teach an adult class) and Church and was ready for something. Rusty the poor unwitting soul fell into my evil trap ! Seriously though my thanks to him for the kind gesture.

Can there be a more positive sign of the current kilt fashion boom than kilts being worn and accepted without comment in North Dakota?

that feeling will change far sooner than you think! I was anxious the first few times I wore my tartan kilt out. Now I am questioned by random people as to the wearabouts of the kilt should I not be wearing it, just because they remember me from a previous "kilt sighting". Good thing it I am rarely seen without it.
