Isn't the oatmeal kinda messy? Do you apply it with a trowel? (sorry, couldn't resist)

Nice looking casual combo. I agree with other posters - oatmeal for the hose. You could wear them up or down, still have a nice casual look, and they would let the kilt stand out more. Beautiful tartan.

It's unanimous. Go for the oatmeal hose.

I think it's a good look, as I like dark hose. But most everybody here seems to love oatmeal- and if you think the oatmeal's too light, just add brown sugar!

Actually, I like the dark hose, plus I think they would look good pulled up with some flashes, although that would look better with a lower cut shoe.

Either that, or get some sun on those legs.

That's one of my personal favorites. I wear mine with navy shirt all the time. I love it.

Davedove, I prefer the dark hose as well, don't know why. The few times I have worn the stone ones I have they looked fine as well, I just seem to normall grab the dark ones. And it looks good with the hose pulled up and flashes, just gotten warm enough now to go with them pushed down.

And just for you, I will get myself outdoors this weekend and lie in the sun!
