Kilts everywhere?

Aside from our X-Marks beer and kilts nights, and Highland Games I've only seen two other kilted men here in the San Frnacisco Bay Area in the past two-plus years.

oh, I forgot... I saw a kilted man in Dunedin, New Zealand when I was there in March. He was Walking down the street kilted. I didnt have a chance to talk with him, he was on the opposite side of the street walking fast in the other direction.
