I don't know if I can add much that isn't already known, but I will try. By the way I proudly wear one of my granfather's kilts.

Welcome from the highlands of Colorado I too prefer a sharply pressed pair of slacks even jeans. At this point only 2 kilts so have to keep a watch on the pleats of both.
