Oh No... i glad i just had my cholestrol tested. I love scotch eggs... i have a friend who makes them... hmmmm very good. I love the Idea of using Chorizo... MexPiper
I haven't tried frying them yet. I usually roll the sausage covered egg in plain bread crumbs and then bake at 450 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Some of the bread comes off, but they still taste good - well, as good as it gets without HP.
