Survivals are dressey
Last evening we attended at male chorus Christmas event and I had on my black Survival from UK, black kilt hose, and a red, knit, short sleeved shirt. My wife came home from Christmas shopping and her cross stitch group meeting, and looked at me and said, "Since you are so dressed up, do I have to change? I feel like wearing my jeans." I told her to wear what was comfortable and that I thought she looked nice anyway.
Wow, what will she think when she sees me in my new USA Kilt, casual, with new green hose, flashes to match the kilt, in the Buccleuch tartan? The only thing that is going to be so different is that I won't have pockets, only a sporran. My hands won't know what to do and I won't keep them in my sporran. haha
DALE.
You don't have to be Scottish to be comfortable!
