    Buchanan is on my "want" list. Seeing how well it looked on you just pushed it up a notch closer to the top.

    Thanks for that pic post...that tartan is one that's hard to judge from a swatch. First time I've seen it as a kilt and it does look good.

    Any chance of getting a pic of the pleats too...??....beg...grovel....

    A sharp looking tartan, and it goes well with the grey top and hose too!

    I have some Buchanan on my Dad's side and was never a fan of the Buchanan modern tartan, but I have to agree, the Ancient Buchanan is awesome. I had the opportunity to see a bolt of it a few years ago and have really been a fan every since. Great looking kilt David.

    Thanks everyone! I really do enjoy the kilt. I picked the Ancient Buchanan to honour my Mom who passed away 2 years ago. She had lots of Buchanan on her side of the family.
