What a lovely ruin, must have once been an amazing building when it was intact.

Great! My family had a "Yetholm" near there in 1066. First recorded Sim Was Beuth Sim Who turned back a contingent of English. Thanks for the pics. Tartan is really nice!

Wonderful pictures. It is this sense of history we don't get to enjoy here in Canada. Where I was born in England they unearthed a roman burial ground. A history that goes back near 2000 years, history here perhaps 200 years.
