I'm ok with t-shirts depending on where you're going.
Personally I don't like tennis shoes. I think a kilt worn casually looks better with hiking boots.
It don't mean a thing, if you aint got that swing!!

I was on a trip and forgot my pool shoes. The next day I was at Wal-Mart and saw a pair of Wally World "Crocs". They cost about 9 dollars. Weight next to nothing, soft feel great at the price. These are slip on clog style and I am not sure if I would wear them with at kilt but who knows.

From the banter I'm guessing that Podunk is near Horn Lake.

I believe it more correct to say he means Horn lake is podunk (i guess its a southern word). Podunk is kinda like boondocks if that helps.

I don't think there will be any formal events in the near future, so I think I'm safe kilting casually. Those have got to be the coolest Crocs I've seen.

Check out the casual thread for very different looks with the kilt.

"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

I wasn't all that fond of the standard croc style... And then I saw these and thought... "Bog crawling brogues."
I loved how comfortable Crocs were... And seeing the Islander model sealed the deal for me. They also come in other colours like brown and olive, even two tone models like brown and black.
