Does this mean they are moving the story away from the "aliens from another planet" story in the 2nd movie? ( a good move in my opinion)
actually if you see Highlander 2 "the renegade version" they fix the whole Alien thing.
in the making of part 2, they ran way over budget so the bean counters at the studio took over and hammered together that cheese version.
later when he had enough money Peter Davis (one of the co-producers)
had the movie re-cut and added a ton of footage that he had to shoot on his own nickel.
the Renegade Version makes much better sense and fits better with the rest of the stories.
oddly enough i had the 4th part "Endgame" but the day i bought it, i also had to have my cat put down.
i raised her from a tiny little kitten that could sit in a Tea cup.
her liver failed at only 7 years old.
with the Scottish lament that is the beginning and ending sound track, i have never been able to watch that movie since then with out breaking down.

I had to put my cat Buddy down at the same age, for the same thing.

Am I the only person who didn't like the whole Highlander thing? They picked a German Actor who couldn't do a Scottish accent to save his life and he used a Katana. Theres other reasons I don't like it..but....I don't want to waste my breath.

I have never seen that version. I was so disappointed in the first cut of it, I never bothered to get it again. I'll have to look into it.
They didn't happen to put out another version of that piece of crap with Mario van Peebles did they? It could use some help as well.
