Baby steps. He's already jumped over the vice principal's head for permission which is kinda like when he asked me for something and didn't like my answer, so he asked his dad. The principal said she was granting permission for both classes because he'd asked. If he hadn't, he'd probably be in trouble.
He's talking about running for student council to put the issue on the table. It will be interesting. Our school district was recently featured in the local paper as the strictest dress code in the county.

you didn't have any kilts in there when it went up, did you?
ghost rider mobiles aside, D'Argo looks sharp, and should have a few good stories to share later!

I'm glad you are all safe and sound and here's a tip of the hat to D'Argo - there's nothing better than kilts in the classroom!

No, I was sure to see it go with him, because they will pull him out and wait for me to bring him a change of clothes. I'll be out of town most of the day and wouldn't be able to bring him any, and his father is sick today.

Don't post a score...try to think of it as a win/win proposition.
D'Argo gets to fufill his kilted destiny and the school receives enlightenment as to the lore and joy of the kilt.
...having said that, I've fought lots of battles with numbskull educators and their administrators and I say stick it to 'em...
Best
