    Any comments about being kilted? Bikers can be (not always) on the rough side.

    Aside from some interested looks from the bikers, the only comments were from some locals on the street, and they were very complementary. I think bikers get a bad rap as a group. Wearing kilts is a wee bit different, and generally they can identify with and respect that.

    Speaking as one (of many) on this forum who does both... bikers are no more all bad-@$$es than all kilted are Scots.

    Great pics. I must be blind. I looked at those last 2 pics 3 or 4 times before I finally noticed the flipping motorcycles.

    Excellent pics, Turpin! Thanks for sharing them with us.

    As for bikers and attitudes...I haven't had any issues with any of the ones I hang around with so far, and next Wednesday I plan to be in Laughlin Nevada for the first day of their huge (150,000+ bikes) bike rally, kilted. I don't expect any problems there, either.
