This is an excellent casual look; you carry it well. Kilt hose would dress it up a bit, but aren't required. Having said that, I found in my early outings --- say, a month ago --- wearing them helped my mindset.
I did not have a sporran initially, but I had an old forest green fanny-pack that works well with my tartans. A belt pouch that matches your belt would be ideal, too. You'd be all set.
