great fusion of tribal beats and modern celtic music. I used to open my set with "lovers of light" about 6 years ago.

    Give this a listen -

I think there's 3 pretty good electronica bagpipe tunes on this album - "Lliendes" "Lloza" & "1934" (that last one's a bit more down-tempo, but would be good early on as you're warming up the crowd or better yet toward the end of your set to mellow out). The weakness in these tracks is the production which is pretty thin particularly on the percussion, but the concept is good & so is the bagpipe playing. If you were to synch these tracks up with a compatible rhythm track, well, I think your dance floor would be packed & the pleats a-flyin'!

For further info about the songs, go to this webpage & click on the "Song origin" icon to the left of each song.

    Enjoy!

Happiness? I'd settle for being less annoyed!!!

Good stuff, I’ll see if I can find xera on vinyl. Usually the production quality is better.

DUDE, I totally forgot about the Afro Celt Sound System...

Check out Whirl-Y-reel 1 and 2...two different mixes of the same tune. I blast these in the truck, sometimes.
