Any excuse to visit Victoria is a good excuse...one of the most pleasant places I've ever been.
Good to see the lot of you all together. Looks like a good time.

Hey, Big Mikey, thanks for the pics. You look great in your kilts. Hope RR had as much fun with the rabble as I did a while back.
You mentioned engineers and tools... perhaps you could nominate a tripod and timer to your COF (cherished old friend), and exercise your considerable powers of persuasion to coax Bobbie from behind the camera. For some reason, the Wiz looks lost without her.

Too bad Victoria is just far enough away that I can't just drop in. Thanks Big Mikey. Yes, W2F has a great suggestion. Would like to have seen Bobbie too.

How much fun? Especially visiting friends who share your interests.
Great looking bunch. I am more convinced that kilt wearers are better dressed in general than those in p**ts whether attired casual or formal.

I was going to say the same thing. She had to be a little scared you standing there pointing at her in a kilt. I can only imagine what she thinks you're saying "There, I'll take that girl, she'll do just fine."

Great pictures though, thanks for sharing, i hope you all had a good time up there.

Good to see the Curmudgeonly Wizard Who's Odd getting out more. Shotguns and sewing machines can be a dangerous combination.

Thanks for the pics, been wondering how things went up there. No clue why, but the mention of Victoria has me craving fish and chips...with vinegar....

It's almost like Mecca or the Wailing wall or something.
A true pilgrimage.
One day, that we are lucky, we will all go to see the Wizard.
