I"d almost guess it's some form of Clark, or CLergy tartan, but that's just a guess.

HEY!!!
Back on TOPIC!! Wow!
When I first got it, that was my thought, even calling it "Clergy, black." But, it isn't quite right, as the white isn't on the clergy nor the gray. Plus, this one uses a black ground, while Clergy uses blue.
I don't know. All my leads ended no where.
I put it here as a "last effort" to see if it is ID-able. If so, one of our experts would do so.
