They did put on a great show. We picked up one of their cds before leaving.

Well, that is it. I ended up with over 300 pics but didn't think you all would enjoy sitting through that many since several always seem to be the same or VERY similar. I haven't heard yet about who will be invited next year but when I find out, I'll pass the word. Hope to see more of you there the weekend after Labor Day in 2008.

Yet another excellent photo thread, I'm sorry to see its the last in the Estes park series. The second pic with the heavy's kilt beyond the wire mesh appears to create an illusion of an unusual tartan.

That is now becoming a very popular tartan in these parts, called the illusionary tartan.
