Interesting thought. I sometimes dance with TimC's 11-year-old daughter at our Beer and Kilts nights, and I've noticed a few times that a few of the ladies present are watching, approvingly.

    kids make great bait

When I was a teenager, I used to take my 3 y/o sister to the beach with me all the time and the girls would be attracted like seagulls to french fries. Not very ethical to use my sister like that, but it got me a lot of dates that a scrawny computer geek wouldn't have been able to get on his own. My parents used to tell everyone that I was the best big brother ever because I went everywhere with my baby sister.

Since my 3 kids were all grown , before I started wearing kilts,(and none have seen fit to provide grandkids) I'd have to borrow a kid or two to experience what you are talking about. I do remember, however vaguely, being chatted up by ladies when I went somewhere with the kids and without the wife, especially when they were babies.
