Thanks for all the prompt replies. Sadly, I can't see the pics here at work so I'll have to check them out at home.
Any other suggestions are welcome as well.

If you're looking for a Semi Trad, then your choices are pretty much limited to the tartans listed in the "Tartan Gallery" on the Semi Trad page:
http://www.usakilts.com/semi_traditional_kilts.php
I'd say that the ones you picked are pretty good choices... MacQueen or Wallace really highlight the red and black. My personal favorite is the American Heritage (wonder why?).
If you're looking for a 5 yard wool kilt, then you have a MUCH wider choice of tartans including the Red / Black Menzies... although it is EXPENSIVE as it's one of HOE's "old and rare" tartans. Rob Roy tartan is another option, but it's a bit "tableclothy" for my taste. If you're looking at wool, another great choice is the Cunningham tartan. I'm wearing it in the TOP RIGHT kilt on the header of our site... It's black and red with the white stripe.

I was considering the semi trad so I'd have a kilt that falls somewhere between my sportkilt and handmade wool on the kilting spectrum.
With holidays and other stuff right now, it will be a little while before I have the funds for either, so I'll look into the wool as well.
I do like the American Heritage as well. Decisions, decisions

Here's the Wallace polyviscose.
To my eye, its red is somewhere between the vivid/saturated modern red, and the more muted ancient reds seen in some wool kilts. That is to say, it may not match up to your other team paraphernalia, but I like it.

The American Heritage is great, too. Pleated to the red stripes, it'd be killer!

Thanks for the pic! I'll probably wear it with a black shirt, or one of the black T's with the team logo so it won't have to be a perfect match.
