As one of the 10 percent - southpaws, that is, I pinged the left handedness of the bagpipes straight away - I don't know if they are available in 'real life' like guitars.
He does need a toorie, and maybe a sugar plum fairy?

The pipes as a whole are left-handed, and yes, such pipes do exist "in the real world." I have seen at least one photo of a right-handed piper playing left-handed pipes. He was a sort of a contortionist.

Definite improvements! But...isn't the kilt too long and are you going to center the sporran?
Well I'm assuming that this is a great kilt instead of a modern one worn with a pipers plaid, so I'm OK with the length. In days of old sporrans were worn to the side, so that works too. Though I added a sporran strap to connect it to the belt when I added a torrie to his cap the other day.
