Nice to see you out and about in Rouken Glen Park now that spring is sprung Arlen. Ann lived at nearby Arden with her parents before we were married so we often walked in Rouken Glen when we were courting.
Thats a very ingenious use for the kilt that shrunk - re-homing it with Pip.

Never been to Rouken Glen Park but I always lived north of the river. I saw the doggy jobby police on the news last night sitting in their van spying on the poor people walking their dogs and rushing out to fine them. Hope you had your scooper with you.

As not wishing to hazard a guess, what breed is Pip?
    He's a Collie/Spaniel cross.
He's a great dog and very loving, but he has A LOT of energy.

Rouken Glen park is a beautiful place any time of year and Pip certainly loves it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who went courting there. I used to take Diane to Rouken Glen and to Eastwood park when we were first dating.

Spring stroll. Nice. We have ice here today and snow tonight. Glad to see you're not all frozen up. Are the snow drops out there yet?

The snowdrops and crocuses have been out a wee while. I even saw an incredibly early tulip.

The downside to this is that we had rain all winter, one or two days of ice and a half a day of snow.
Most of the insects didn't die because even though it was cold it was only cold because I was soaked through all winter!

    Spring has Sprung

Arlen, great pics, You look good in your kilt. hav'nt been to Rouken Glen for ages. It's something I'll have to do go for some leisurely stroll some fine afternoon kilted and enjoy the countryside
I have always promised myself I would do the West Highland Way some year dressed in my kilt
The weather here during the day in the past few days has been great, don't mind the frosty mornings, wiping the thick ice of the windscreen if we keep on getting decent weather.
Only thing Arlen, lets hope its not our summer
