I have been a few times, and it's a great atmosphere and the food (and drinks) are awesome!

Well, I'm free on the weekends particularly Friday and Saturday. But it depends on what weekend.

OK, I can do a Sunday night, and like MacMoose said, there is not an age limit, since it is also a restaurant.
How does Sunday, March 2 sound to everyone?
Let me know

I guess I'm spoiled because Asheville doesn't allow smoking in restaurants and bars without a separate area with separate HVAC, so we don't have "smokey" conditions. Any place down that way that is lung-friendly?

Sunday night, the music starts at 7 pm, usually wraps up around 9, 9:30... there are no pool tables or dartboards at Ri Ras, but if we are so inclined, the Fox and Fiddle is just up the road.
The Acme Celi band will be playing that night, they are the usual band that is in on Sundays, and they are great. I'm sure we will be treated to some special tunes for the occasion.
Here's a link to the pub's webpage..

There are a couple of places that are smoke free. I'll contact Ri Ra's to see if they have a non-smoking section.

Sorry, no Smoke Free areas at Ri Ras, but on Sundays, it is pretty good, air quality-wise. I am a non-smoker, and pretty sensitive to smoke, and i have no problems.

I've been there before with the family, and it wasn't bad at all. My wife didn't have any issues, and she is REAL sensitive to smoke.
