I am size 30 when I am training and racing through out the cycling season. Other months, I am a comfortable 32. I am 35 years old

A wool Black Watch in my size would be great (46) and MAYBE, HOPEFULLY, a Pride of Scotland in a standard SWK. Size 30? Never heard of such a size.
