Keep me in mind for the future, but I don't think I'll get to these. Saturday before St. Patrick's Day is out as I'm having my own party, and Tartan Day I'll be out of town for.

I will keep you in mind. My "pipe dream" is to have a regular, reoccurring kilt night, with perhaps a rotating location or maybe at a fixed establishment.
I would think that a Saturday is the obvious choice, but do I hear any other ideas? Locations, rotating or fixed? How often?

Just wanted to bump it up the line.
Is Tartan day a "go?" I need to see about a kitchen pass...

I think having a regular kilt night is a great idea, so I'm in. What will be the frequency?

Message sent, and thank you for volunteering to maintain the list. Let me know if I can be of any help too.
And thanks for the info about the Kilted Walk in Tacoma. I need to look for more Seattle/Tacoma area kilted events.

You guys need a name with a cool acronym to rally around. Such a name would guarantee a great turnout at your Kilt Nites.
The proud members of the Southern Ontario Kilt Society (SOKS) have a great one as you can plainly see. Although not quite as great as the kilted group knowns as SEKS. (I wish someone would enlighten me as to what SEKS stands for (Besides kilt nights and beer drinking).
So what would the Seattle Kilties be called?
Seattle Area Kilt Society? SAKS
Washington Area Kilt Society? WAKS
Pacific Union of Tartan Zelots? PUTZ
Seattle Natives In Pleats? SNIP
Dudes In Kilts of Seattle? DIKS
The Seattle Kilt Society? TSKS
Rabble In Seattle Kilties? RISK
I'm sure you can come up with something way cooler than the above suggestions.. How about it?
Cheers,
Rick
