(Just kidding!)
I claim the right of old age. I'll wimp out when I feel like it.
OK, I can see we need to PM some of the other Denver area kilties about this.

OK gentlemen. What time of day are you all planning on arriving? This looks like an all-day event, and I don't know how long my knees and my wife and daughter will last. Does anyone know if there will be someplace to sit, relax and such?

I'm thinking that Joyce and I won't get up there till about 2 or so. I do want to be there for the Tattoo and probably the dinner and ceilidh. Not sure where to meet up. Mudd, maybe you could take a drive by and pick a spot.

Alright Gents, just a few days away. And reassure me, please, it is Sunday, not Saturday, right?
The Fort Fun Rabble are looking at rolling into Denver about 2ish. Has anyone come up with a place to meet up yet?
We are quite excited to meet up, gets a little lonely up here!

5 not 6, 5 not 6
5 April not 6Sorry about that Michael.
5 April not 6I figured that out about 2 days after I started the thread and 5 April not 6tried to get clarification etc. and edited the original post. I thought that it was clear after Nighthawk posted about participating
5 April not 6The site is confusing [less so now that they have the 5 April not 6Channel 9 announcement] as they have the big banner at the top 5 April not 6saying [sic] "Tartan Day April 6" and then in small print at the 5 April not 6bottom "...come show your pride on the 5th."
Again sorry about the confusion [that is what I get for trying to be clever and put the date in the title and not doing more homework before starting the thread.
SEE YOU SATURDAY 5 APRIL, I am planning on getting there about 1 or 2 pm and may have my Scotch-Canadian neighbor in tow

Wow I didn't even notice the date in the title. I just went to the site link and saw there that it was Saturday. Totally ignored the date info etc. Worked for me.

Well, my bad for not checking better! 3 out of 4 of us work Saturday, and it's the silly fella with the broken leg and no car that has it off! (So I'm not driving!)
We will try to make it down another time, sorry folks.
Perhaps we can organize a trip down the next Kilt Night.
