I have family in the DFW area. They get more snow than we do in SW Tennessee.

And a decent snow at that!

Of course, it melted not much longer after it fell for most of the area, but where we are, we had snow through the following day.

    A very rare treat!

looks like a lot of fun, and its cool to see other jugglers, (I'm as bad as Chase!). Used to make a living juggling in the early 80's, nowhere near that skill level now, just enough to still have fun.

Arlan: very cool about the juggling. I've been juggling for almost 27 years (started when I was 12). I don't juggle as much as I used to, but one of my goals this year is getting back to juggling seven things...it's been a very long time since I've practiced enough to keep six and seven things going.

It's a great hobby and there are a lot of jugglers out there. Very cool that you've moved on to fire, and I hope you keep at it and keep getting better!
Ah but can you juggle an apple, a bowling ball, and a chainsaw? I remember seeing that somewhere and it was impressive. Most impressive was when he ate the apple while juggling. I can juggle three things of equal size and weight for a good 15-20 seconds as long as I am not distracted

Keep practicing, before you know it your lady won't take you to the market anymore. Think alberts with frozen game hens.

Dirk Skene: Why is it everytime I see you post, I get thirsty...?

Pipesndrumsnun: It was very rare seeing snow, and even more rare to see that much snow in the area. I've been here 23 years or so, and I've seen maybe one other good snow like the snow that fell earlier this month.

Doc: I'm with you; I am no longer as skilled as I once was. I don't know if I'll ever invest the kind of time I once did with juggling, but I'd like to get back to juggling 6 and 7 balls this year. What kind of performing did you do in the 80s?

Emolas: If somebody had a properly modified chainsaw and I had about five minutes to get warmed up, I'm sure I could do that.

Until that day comes, I'll stick to juggling snowballs in a kilt on rare snowy days in Texas...
