Another great place to try is www.abebooks.com This is a great resource for ANY book, especially out of print stuff. I have found incredible deals on books I thought I would never be able to find. It is a catalogue of thousands of book sellers around the world. Postage is usually reasonable (but check to make sure) and of the 100 or so books I have purchased through this service, only one was mis-labelled in condition.

It's a nice book. I can't remember when I got mine; it is hardcover with a cushioned tartan fabric. What I liked about it was that it had pictures of what were casually dressed (at that time) gentlemen, in addition to more traditional dressing.
