Strathmore does the 13 oz Robertson Hunting Muted and that's the one I wanted.
Thank heavens for good ol' Robert Robertson Latta (1811-1887) and his dear mum Jenette (1775-1839) for giving me at least a tenuous tie the the Robertsons and that remarkably nice tartan.
It'll be a wait, though...the ISAS Games aren't until June 20.

I don't want to rain on your parade for a moment AA, but don't they start sending that money out from May - July based on SSN? Hope you get yours in time!

Unless you filed for direct deposit. It will still be May, but the people with direct deposit get their's first.

The kilt maker will be at the Illinois Saint Andrew's Highland Games in mid-June, so I figured that I can pick it up there if everything goes right.
Grats on the new order. BTW where/when are the Games?

Standard; the ISAS Games are at the Oak Brook Polo Grounds...right next to a golf course and, boy, you should see the snotty looks that those golfers have on their faces when they have to play next door to a din of bagpipes. Whatsamatta, guys? Is it blowing your concentration? If you need further details, PM me.
And yes, I jumped the gun a bit and put the deposit on a card before I had the cash in hand. I did this for two reasons: first, I wanted to give the kiltmaker time to get the material and make the kilt so that I could just pick it up at the Games in June and, secondly, I wanted to get in line slightly ahead of all of the rest of you guys who are going to be swamping all of the available kiltmakers with orders once you get your hands on that dough!

Supposedly there are some games down in Springfield that will be coming up in June (?) I believe. I'll see if I can find the link and post it.

Found the link, however the games have been cancelled as they still have not got the electrical problems straightened out at the Fairgrounds. Darn, was looking forward to getting down there this year. Maybe we'll have to head up to the city for yours.
