Beautiful pics. Thanks for sharing. I whish my part of the desert was that colorful. All we've got right now is orange poppies and pale yellow Joshua tree blooms.

Man, I really want to get out my snake hook and go for a walk... too bad the snakes aren't out yet...

Awesome pics. They just remind me how much I miss the desert. I haven't spent time in the southwestern desert in 12 years. I've got to get back there soon.

Very nice photos. It's time like those that make you appreciate the desert we live in.

I went camping along the Mogollon Rim this weekend and we ran into over a dozen white tail deer. I didn't have my camera on me so no photos to share, but it was still a great experience.

    Thanks for sharing!

Ah, a fellow desert lover. I love the desert, it isn't the harsh, bleak place most people make it out to be. There is an incredible diversity of life in the desert, and the plants and animals that live there are marvels of adaptation.

Great pictures, thanks for the tour.

Beautiful pics for sure. Love the desert.

Takes a REAL MAN to kilt amid cactus. Probably the one place kilt swish isn't good.

Little correction...I wrote that Stromatolites are known that date back 600 + million years.

Twiddle....that's' nuthin. Turns out there are THREE BILLION year old stromatolite fossils.
