    Thanks for the photo, McClef. I wasn't aware of the bell. So many UK citizens died that day, that there is a Memorial Garden for them in Soho. Did you get to see it? On Hanover Square, I believe. (How appropriate, eh?)

    One of my favorite Celtic groups played there a month ago as part of the events marking Tartan Week. They were kilted, just to bring this thread into the theme.

    No I didn't see that alas. I well remember how powerfully the emotions hit me both at Ground Zero and the photos and seeing the other memorials at St Pauls and seeing one of the Fire Station memorials.

    The London Hanover Square would be in Mayfair.
