Bah my Lovat Green hose go just fine with my IoS, you dont need purple! My IoS kilt is the first real high quality kilt i've owned and I love it. (I dont own many kilts, just 3 currently, a 3yrd fillebeg more for reinactment than modern wear, a SWK standard nightstalker, and my Marton Mills 13oz IoS 5 yarder, with a 4th, a newsome box pleat in the Xmarks tartan, in the queue)
I'll be intrested in seeing it in PV, as I love the muted colors of the wool in mine.

As Splash said, Grant, you'll get your BOIoS membership papers, tattoo, ans secret handshake when we see the pictographic evidence of ownership. Until then you can attend all the meetings by showing us your order confirmation.

Because it's super-exclusive club that doesn't allow just any common riff-raff in. I trying to change all that.

I too submit my application to the Brotherhood of the Isle of Skye. See my brand new IoS 16oz 8yd tank (presumed to be Marton Mills fabric) from Scottishkilts dot net. They still have the special sale prices going on now. I got mine last week after ordering it in early April.

Sorry for the casual look and lack of proper hose and flashes but I only had a couple minutes to get this done before other priorities (read wife) took command of my time. Did I mention, they included a lovely custom set of flashes with the kilt?

Dang, that PV looks better than I'd guessed it would in IoS. And that first pic, looking downstream on the pleats, makes it look like you've got the kilt on backwards...always a sign of great pleatwork.

That is a nice kilt in PV.... I have been thinking about an 8 yarder in that as well. Hmmmm...... BTW, membership approved!

Ron Mike I believe that one is Wool. Pete at Canadian Casual Kilts has the Ilse of Skye in PV and yes he went through the proper channels.
