    Dang, I never measured! I just put them where they feel comfortable. The ones I have on right now - Pipe popcorn - Seem to come a bit higher than normal, about six inches from the middle of the knee.

    Generally I think we in the US wear our hose too high!

    I always put them right above where my leg starts to get big, so as to have the flashes hold them up.
