Thanks! I was thinking about wearing it to class sometime to see if it would behave and be comfortable enough. If I'm standing, it should sit still on my hips... not sure how the dancing itself will affect it, but it's worth a shot! I'm sure I'll get the velcro adjustments just right to get the best fit on me. I can definitely see why a lot of guys like these as a casual kilt.

I wonder if the apron would soften up a bit if the kilt were washed?

Wow guys, the two of you look great together! The black Stewart and the Irish National sure make a nice contrast to one another.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

In my not so humble, totaly biased, traditional male opinion, you and the kilt look great!

    Christopher's a lucky man!!

As far as I've been able to tell, the front apron pleat is an issue with all the stillwaters. Alan did a thread on fixing it a couple years back. (I'd search and post a link, but I'm at work right now...)
