    The front stiffener and back flap/belt loop, and any added pockets, tabs,whatever are sewn while the front and back are still seperate and both sides can be worked on. Then the back is sewn to the gusset, facing inside. the front is sewn outside in last, then the whole thing turned right side out.

    Thank you, that is what I thought. Glad you posted, I hadn't even thought about the stiffener and belt loop yet.
