It'll go with the pink stripe

It's kind of like Burburry Check for the 1960's suburbs. I'm afraid that it just doesn't do anything for me but then I'm not a fan of "Victoriana"

The pink and turquoise just don't belong there. Take those away and it's not that bad.

No disrespect for my neighbors to the north, but not a few Canadian tartans are potential candidates for this title. Look at these:

    Yukon

    Syndey, Nova Scotia

    Ottawa

And try looking through some of the various tartans for Quebec cities sometime...!

Of course, there are some truly attractive Canadian tartans, as well. Maple Leaf, Nova Scotia, PEI, Manitoba, Geulph, Kincardine (Ontario), etc. And to be fair, there are some hideous tartans for American states. Anyone from Ohio?

Yeah, Ohio's tartan looks pretty tacky to me. Very "bicentennial." Then again, have you seen our flag?

I have to admit I've never liked the American Bicentennial tartan. The great mass of white stripes against the thicker background colors makes it look mismatched.

Actually, Ohio's flag is unique in the fact that it and only one other flag in the world (Nepal) do not take the standard rectangular shape -- Ohio's flag is a burgee, and loosely based on a Cavalry guidon.

Which is all the reason you need to head back to New Jersey, where you belong!

Possibly the world's ugliest tartan? What an understatement!
