Yeah, you echo my thoughts exactly. That's why I have grown out my face fuz! Winters in Colorado tend to get a little chilly as well. A good fur coat always makes it better. I love winter! We finally got a good snowfall!! Pics to come later on tonight.

    Gle,

Shouldn't these pictures of you as a young lad be posted in the "vintage photo" thread? ;-)

Obviously the beard was what was keeping you from smiling in photos! The stern expression is modified!!

And you are welcome to it, I'll tell you from time to time I shave it off, I then find myself asking "Now why did I do that?" It may be back soon, we'll see.

A Fine look for sure - save your face has gone bald....

From the old pics I've seen most Scots weren't much for color matching...lots of different colors in tartans mixed up....perhaps to confound and confuse the enemy.

Last time I shaved off my natural facial hair I found myself staring into the mirror at my long dead father's image and promptly regrew the beard...

    Hi, Ron!

The older I get, the more I look like my dad, too...except his mustache is thicker!

Looking good. And...is that a smile I see???

As for the missing facial hair, I don't see what the big deal is. I shave off my beard and re-grow it at least twice a year. Keeping the same look all the time is really boring to me. Besides, a beard can be grown back in just a few weeks. Facial hair is one of the things I really like about being a man because it allows me to change the way I look at will.
