A thousand welcomes and blessings to you with your marriage. The two of you are now joined in one unbroken circle. May you be healthy all your days. Wherever you go, may you always return to one another in your togetherness. May you two find in each other the love for which all men and women yearn. May you both grow in understanding and in compassion. May you be blessed with long life and peace, may you grow old with goodness, and riches. May the home that you establish be such a place of sanctuary that all who visit will find there a friend.

My only question, why was the minister not wearing a Kilt? That's what got me!

    Bless you and your Bride.

I don't really have an answer to that. Even if he'd been wearing one, it wouldn't have shown up under his vestments. I guess. I honestly don't know.

But I do know I have a couple more photos:

And yes, I know the fly plaid is generally not draped over the arm, but I was paranoid of it pulling on my shoulder and making the jacket sit wrong, so I decided not to tempt fate. I'll post more photos as they are made available.

    Congrats on your wedding!

Just a comment on the photos. You seem to always be posing with your fly plaid draped over your arm. Is there a particular reason for this? Typically it is simply worn hanging in the back. As a picture is worth 1000 words...

Actually, yes. It felt like the fly plaid was pulling the shoulder of my jacket to the left and off my shoulder. It was fairly uncomfortable, and I was focusing far too much on THAT instead of everything else that was going on, so I just draped it so I wouldn't worry about it.
