No, as the Guards are not a Rifle regiment, and in the IG, only the pipes and drums wear the kilt. The aforementioned Irish Regiment of Canada is, to my knowledge, the only "Irish" regiment in the Commonwealth wear all ranks wore kilts.

I think it is usual amongst all the Guards regiments. Something to do with making them hold their heads up.

I'll second that, but then I've always like the looks of the Wolfhounds and Deerhounds.
