As has been stated above, I would suggest getting some traditional garter ties. I have and I love the look and feel. I think that they would set off these hose rather smartly.
Other than that, I really like the look of these hose, great color choice to bring out the red in the sett.

It looks like she used Lady Gainford's instructions for making diced hose (for the tops) but instead of a marl of red/white where the colors would cross over, used a different color entirely, in this case green. Neat effect.

Great hose! I'd be inclined to go for blue, since you have the other three kilt colors in the dicing.
