    Brice,

    As discussedin my PM, try ironing the inside of the kilt as well... It helps to flatten ou the insideof the pleats and keeps them from curling like in the pics you sent.

    I have ironed the inside AND outside of my kilt multiple times. The last time I spent 45 minutes doing it. No matter what I do they curl.

    Not sure exactly what to tell you as I've never seen that before (that they wouldn't take an ironing for whatever reason). If you want to send it back to me to press, I'll gladly do thatfor you.
