I have never ordered from them because they never have, in stock, what I want. I have been waiting for 4-5 months for a buckle to get in stock. Every time I ask them, they never have a good answer. I worked for a company that kept stock like that. They ended up out of business.

Sorry to hear this. There are two buckles which we have discontinued. If you call and order it we can get it for you. We constantly order items and like most businesses we sometimes get things that dont move and have other things which we have a hard time keeping in stock

In their defense, I placed an order with them, which I screwed up. I emailed them immediately upon realizing my error. They were able to change the order to what I needed. I was very happy with the final product.
