Yeah, YEAH...Dark blue, then...LOL When I was sewing the thing up I kept grabbing dark-dark red thread. It'd show like crazy, but dark blue almost disappeared. Go figure.

You know, I have this vision of an 18th century kilt maker being offered 60 inch wide jet-loom woven tartan. "You mean it's a third the price? Better woven? Only thing wrong with it is it needs a hem? Of course, we'll take it!"
The discovery of the sewing machine ("a tenth the time?") is left as an exercise for the reader.

I know and like the Lindsay tartan very well as a good (kilted) buddy of mine is a Lindsay. Sounds like you got away with your horrors without repercussions! Good for you.
