With grey any splash of colour will compliment it. Even flamingo pink.

I agree with Big Mikey and Rex. The grey allows for a wide latitude in your choices. I also agree with matching the hose and the shirt.

Who are the other two guys in your photo? I suspect the one on the right is your father, since he seems to be wearing the same tartan; but what is the gentleman in the middle wearing?

Correct! I bought matching kilts for me and my father from USA Kilts. The other man is a friend of mine from Georgia!
