I did a case study on Ikea in my international business class a few years ago. There is a wealth of information out there on the company in print and online. I remember discussing how hard it was for Americans to accept their furniture at first because it was too small for our standards. Maybe you can try something along those lines. Good luck on your paper.

I'd go with the Virgin group of companies, it's story is amazing and very well documented, it's ethical in it's outlook and always looking to expand in ways that would make other companies run a mile at some of the stuff they have undertaken.....!

Thank you to cajunscot for the winning suggestion... And thank you to everyone else who responded and gave me some awesome ideas! I really had a tough time deciding between all of them. The three finalists were Inbev, IKEA, Levi Strauss, in that order.
